What is Day of the Dead? Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, is a vibrant Mexican holiday that celebrates and honors loved ones who have passed away. It takes place on November 1st and 2nd, bringing families and communities together in a joyous atmosphere. Colorful decorations, lively music, delicious food, and heartfelt traditions fill the festivities. Altars, adorned with photos, candles, flowers, and offerings, are created to welcome the souls of the departed. Day of the Dead is a unique blend of indigenous beliefs showcasing Mexico's rich cultural heritage and the profound connection between life and death.

Lupe Flores began by collecting all the kit blanks, embracing the opportunity to infuse them with vibrant and lively colors. With each stroke of the brush, she poured her passion into the painting process, transforming the ofrendas into unique and one-of-a-kind creations.
The altar came alive as Lupe adorned it with a captivating turquoise hue, enhancing its beauty with delicate gold detailing along the edges. 
After completing the painting process for all the pieces of the altar kit, she skillfully assembled them using glue, effortlessly bringing the altar together. The seamless assembly process ensured a hassle-free experience, allowing the true essence of the altar to shine. The stunning turquoise color, combined with the exquisite gold detailing, added a touch of elegance and enchantment to the overall design.
