Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within one hour of purchase. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wrong Address
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the shipping address that may result in the delay or loss of your package. To ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask that you double-check the shipping address for accuracy prior to finalizing your order. If you realize that the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make the necessary corrections. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address in time to prevent any issues with delivery.

Damages and issues

Refunds
